Like Ivan, I have been searching, attempting to troubleshoot, and pouring through whitepages until my brain is numb and there just is not a lot of helpful information out there.  We even spent two days on the phone with tech support -to which the final answer was "well, we don't get a lot of calls about Version Cue, so either not many people are using it, or those that are know more about it then we do..."  ugh&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Dive.  Please.  :)&lt;/p&gt;
