I have e-mailed Mr. Retro and their sister company FontDiner.com, for support and have heard nothing in response. I am on a Mac and the plug-ins only load in as PC exe filters/plug-ins. You might want to look directly into your plug-in folder to see if your situation is the same as mine. I am so disappointed in this product and the support for this product in non-existent. I loaded Machine wash Vol 1 & 2 into my Photoshop, when I go to use the filters they are not showing up. They are in my plug ins folder, but they are not working.
