Bryan:

Despite many attempts to load these filters/plug-ins, I remain frustrated, unsatisfied and generally ticked off by the impossible task of loading the Machine Wash filters - they are not filters and Mr. Retro should revise what I feel is a deceptive title or description. I have e-mailed Mr. Retro and their sister company FontDiner.com, for support and have heard nothing in response. I am on a Mac and the plug-ins only load in as PC exe filters/plug-ins. You might want to look directly into your plug-in folder to see if your situation is the same as mine. I am so disappointed in this product and the support for this product in non-existent. If your on a PC, good luck as I could not get the “filters” to run on my PC either.

I have just dumped my cs2 and loaded cs3 onto my mac. I loaded Machine wash Vol 1 & 2 into my Photoshop, when I go to use the filters they are not showing up. They are in my plug ins folder, but they are not working. Any suggestions?
