Final Cut Pro Studio 5.1 Universal Binary Released. Apple is offering a $49 crossgrade for current Final Cut Studio 5 owners and a $99 upgrade for Final Cut standalone owners. Now that’s a deal even if you don’t have an Intel-based Mac yet. (Via TUAW.)

    This deal is only good till the end of 2006, so if you have not upgraded yet, you should really get on it.
