Adobe Answers Some Burning Mac Intel Questions
John Nack mentions on his blog that Adobe has just posted an Intel Mac Support FAQ (PDF) regarding their applications making the transition to Universal applications.
John summarizes the FAQ and makes it clear what Adobe is working on. Here are the main take aways:
- No, the current versions of Creative Suite 2 and
MacromediaStudio 8 will not be transitioned to Universal. - Yes, they are working to bring their applications to Universal. So expect CS3 and what ever the evolution of Studio 8 to be Universal.
- Lightroom will be made available as a Universal application very soon.
